Ready to ride? Booking your scooter is quick and easy—but please note that all reservations are non-refundable, and we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for early returns. Need a custom booking or different time frame? Just reach out to us directly—we’re happy to work with you!
Helmets and locks are provided with your rental, as well as theft insurance. Please have identification ready, you must be over 19 years of age to rent or ride.

Rental Policy
To ensure a safe and smooth ride for everyone, all renters must follow our rental policy. Please review the following guidelines before booking:
- Renters must read and sign the waiver and watch the safety video before riding.
- In the case of scooter damage, Seymour Scooter Rental has up to 48 hours to assess and evaluate any costs.
- Only the person who booked and signed the waiver is permitted to operate or ride the scooter.
- Scooters must only be used on paved surfaces such as roads, bike lanes, sidewalks, and the seawall. Avoid grass, mud, sand, and beaches.
- Always remove the key when you're off the scooter.

Please be sure to check off during checkout that you’ve read and agreed to Seymour Scooters’ rental terms and conditions. It’s an important step to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone.
